🌐 Web Development Projects

A 40–50% non-refundable advance is required before work begins.
If you cancel before design mockup approval, remaining advance may be partially refunded after deducting work completed.
No refund is issued once development has started or the website has gone live.
Delays caused by the client (e.g., late content submission) do not qualify for refunds.

🎨 Graphic Design & Branding

Design projects require a 50% upfront deposit which is non-refundable.
Once initial concepts or drafts are shared, no refund will be issued.
If dissatisfied with initial concepts, we offer up to 3 revision rounds as stated in your project scope.

⚠ Refunds are not provided for design work already delivered, even in draft form.

🔍 SEO & Digital Marketing

Monthly SEO and marketing retainers are non-refundable once the billing cycle begins.
We do not guarantee specific search rankings; results vary based on competition and algorithm changes.
You may cancel future months with 7 days' written notice before the next billing date.

🏠 Hosting & Domain Services

Domain registration fees are strictly non-refundable once the domain is registered.
Hosting fees are non-refundable as they involve third-party provider costs.
We recommend verifying domain availability and hosting requirements before purchase.

⚙️ How to Request a Refund

Include your project ID, reason for refund, and supporting details.
Requests are reviewed within 5–7 business days.
Approved refunds are processed within 10–14 business days to the original payment method.
